Jawed Habib Hair Style Seminar – Organisor Manas Mukherji Takes the lead

The biggest one-day “Hair cutting seminar” ever organized with beauticians was held at Science City, Kolkata on 11th December. The main organizer of this program was the distinguished motivational speaker Manas Mukherji on behalf of GO Career for Country.

Jawed Habib, India’s celebrity hairdresser, was the chief guest of the event. Around 600 beauticians from different parts of West Bengal participated in the event. They spent the whole day learning from Javed Habib Sir himself how to provide better customer service. Teaches how to keep hair healthy in this chemical world. Because the role of hair plays a role in human beauty. It is not enough to take a full head of hair. It has to be taken care of. Sometimes due to wrong education, hair care is overdone, and ways to escape from that situation are also taught in this seminar.

This session demonstrates pen-to-pen and how to revive dull hair. Additional learning subjects included advanced haircuts, hair colour balancing, novel texturization procedures, new colouring and chemical techniques, Jawed Habib’s signature haircut, and many more. The participants are also taught professional skills that will be helpful in the future. Everyone receives a certificate from Jawed Habib at the conclusion of the session.

Organizer Manas Mukherji said, “The main objective of this workshop is to raise the international standards of marginalized and ordinary beauticians of rural Bengal. So that they can provide better and better services to customers through their skills. They can establish themselves and set an example in the society. Most of the participants in this workshop were women. Our social foundation will be stronger if women’s power is established.” He also said, “We can do many things for the society and the collective people in the same place as we are working without pushing all the responsibilities of the society into the hands of the politicians.” The workshop was attended by many single mothers, including violinist Rhea Rakshit Das, who is battling cancer. Who says this kind of workshop gives a lot of encouragement and motivation to win the battle of life. Asha beautician coach Sumna Dutta from Bajbaj said- wants to bring students again and again for such workshops. Manas Mukherji’s initiative wants more such workshops so that the girls of rural Bengal can get international quality education and establish themselves in society.

Following the workshop, it was decided that January 11, 2024, would be the date of the next workshop.
